Our Mission
SHE S.A.L.U.T.E.S. is a bold initiative rooted in the strength, sacrifice, and resilience of women who serve—military and civilian alike. We honor the voices, victories, and journeys of BIPOC women Veterans, active-duty service members, and women who serve their communities with distinction. Through strategic support, advocacy, leadership development, and holistic wellness, we elevate, empower, and embrace the whole woman.
What We Do
- Support: We create safe and affirming spaces for women to connect, share, and heal mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.
- Honor: We recognize and celebrate the service and sacrifices of women across all fields of service—from the battlefield to the boardroom.
- Empower: Through leadership training, mentorship, and community service opportunities, we equip women with tools to thrive and lead with purpose.
- Advocate: We champion equity in access to resources, healthcare, and benefits for women Veterans and service-minded sisters everywhere.
